How do I get started with Vice City Merchants Success?
You can fast-track your Commerce Platform Online Ordering growth immediately by opting into the Boost or Pro packages. Our sales team will get you set up with your commission-free Commerce Platform Online Ordering page and access to advanced features and tools.Or get going right away with the Starter package, included with your DoorDash account, and take commission-free online orders directly on your own channels. You’ll need to activate the pre-built Online Ordering webpage that comes with the Starter package. Just link your website, social media channels and Google listings to it. We’ll provide you a link to your new page and instructions on how to make it discoverable to customers.
Can I upgrade to and downgrade from a paid package at any time? Is there an annual contract?
Upgrading can be done at any time through the Merchant Hub. To downgrade to a lower tier package, you’ll need to contact your Merchant Partner. Be sure to keep their contact information with you in case you want to speak to them after upgrading. Signing up for the Everywhere package requires a one-year commitment.
How do I know which package is right for my business?
All three packages provide a robust Online Ordering solution for your business. The Boost and Pro packages provide additional value for businesses that are ready to take their online sales to the next level. We are confident that your business will benefit from any package, but if you have questions about which package is best for your business goals, ask your representative during your call.

Because of this, we’re providing a product powered by the proven infrastructure behind Vice City CONNECT, for a fraction of the time, cost, and expertise required if you did it yourself.
How and when will I get paid for my online orders?
You can choose to receive weekly or daily direct deposits from Vice City Shops at no charge. Update your payment settings at any time by logging in to the Merchant Hub and navigating to the Settings tab.
How do I receive orders through Vice City Shops Online Ordering?
You can choose to receive and manage Online Ordering orders through a Delivery Partners tablet, or directly integrate with your POS system. We also offer the ability to receive orders via email or phone.
How are Vice City Shops online orders fulfilled?
Delivery Parners seamsly iintegrated will fulfill delivery orders placed through Online Ordering. As always, pickup orders are collected by your customers at your store location.
